PhotoPress Install Error

I just installed photo press but I am now getting this error message at the top of my blog…

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/alexandhannah.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/photopress.php on line 29

I think I followed the install directions carefully. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.
