Photos and RSS

Hi,
I am not very technologically savy so I’ll try to explain my issue as well as I can.
I have a fashion blog, and when my posts get updated on Bloglovin or Lucky Community, the preview only shows the text,and there no image. I went on the support for Bloglovin and it mentions a possible reason for the issue, saying that my images may not be in my RSS field.
I see other blogs and when their posts pop up, they have an image with them. How can I fix the problem so that next time one of my posts pops up, an image goes with it?
