I have set the instagram feed to show as 5 columns in only one row with the ‘load more’ button underneath this one row of 5 images. The problem is that there are 4 rows showing of blank images underneath my first row. Photos only show in these blank boxes once I click on the ‘Load more’ button. I have tried disabling Lazy Load and it didn’t do anything.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @sweetp,

Thank you for reaching out to us for support. October 24th 2020, Instagram made an unannounced change to their API which affects most of our users. We were able to quickly create a fix in our plugin, both Free and Pro versions, to adapt to this and get the plugin working as it should. If you are experiencing this issue, you will see an error in the developer console of your browser (images with a status of 400). You will simply need to update the plugin, and clear any website cache to fix this.

Since you are using the pro version, should you have further issues please issue a support request on our site here as these forums are for the free version.

Thank you for your patience in this and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I had to revert back to the PRO version as I couldn’t leave the free version showing with all the blank instagram photos. We don’t want to use the PRO version anymore as the free one will do fine. I sent a screenshot to you of what the feed looked like when the free version was activated. I have reactivated the free version. Hopefully you are able to see it now before I have to change it back to PRO temporarily until the free version is fixed.

    Hey @sweetp,

The free version was fixed very quickly after the API change. Should you update to version 2.5.4, then activate the free version again, clear any website and local cache, you should not have any issues again. If you do, please send us a support request as per my previous reply, including the System Info from the free version of the plugin so that we can further assist you.

    Many thanks.
