Photos are not refreshed

  • Hi there,

    For the plugin to refresh or check for new images you need visitors on your website. After 6 hours if no one visits your site the images will be the same.

    Just to be sure set the refresh rate to 1 hour and post something new on your instagram then after 1 hour go and visit your page from your smartphone and see if it worked.

    I’m having the same issue… it hasn’t updated for days and there have been visitors… check it out on https://chipx.co.nz

    I’ve mucked about with the settings, but there are loads of newer IG images tagged with #Swiftcarb and they aren’t showing up. Would you mind taking a look please?
