Photos don’t upload to google backet

We checked a few images on your site and it seems you’re using another CDN to serve your media files:

Are you using any sort of plugin/caching plugin that has a CDN feature? If yes, please temporarily disable that feature and see if that helps.

Plugins that cache the Media Library via a CDN will very likely conflict with WP Offload Media. More info here – https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/compatibility-with-other-plugins/#caching-plugins

If the issue persists, can you try editing your wp-config.php file on your server to replace this line –

define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

With these lines –

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

This will cause all runtime errors, warnings, and notices to be written to <code>/wp-content/debug.log</code>, which will hopefully yield some better information about what’s going on.

Can you try the process again and then send on the <code>debug.log</code> file if created please.

Once we have finished troubleshooting you should revert that config change and delete the debug.log file.

I somehow managed to properly connect the bucket to the plug-in and now the files transfer normally. Unfortunately, I had to change the control settings to FGA. Now the problem is that the CDN doesn’t want to fully connect. I’ve already disabled all plugins that can cause a conflict and checked the upload to the bucket then, but still such a message is displayed on the delivery settings. Does this mean that all images on the site should be in bucket and if I upload them it will be ok, does cdn in such przyapdku work or not?

This error message show up because you have some files in your Media Library set as ‘private’, but you currently couldn’t properly generate signed URLs – https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/how-to-restrict-access-to-offloaded-media/

I’m currently not sure why this is happening, but if I were to guess, the FGA that you have just added has some relation to it. To try and fix this, could you please confirm that the Service Account that you are using currently has ‘Storage Admin’ role – https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/google-cloud-storage-quick-start-guide/#service-account-key-file
