    Hello,

You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.

Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced

Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.

    1. Fix missing dynamic content
    2. Disable dynamic translation
    3. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
    4. Fix broken HTML

Let me know how this goes!

    Hello,
thank you for your answer and tips.
I have tried all that you have suggested, but it did not help unfortunately..
It is still looking like that: https://www.icelandic-products.info/cs/shop/
    With broken photos.
Please can you let me know, what else it could be? As I would really like to use your plugin, but this has to be fixed first.

    Thank you a lot!

    Hello,

Could you try adding our data-no-translation attribute to the images?

    https://translatepress.com/docs/developers/exclude-certain-text-or-element-from-being-translated/

If this doesn’t change anything, please run a conflict test:

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Let me know how this goes!

    thank you for your answer!
Please could you give me the step-by-step instructions on what and where should I add?
As I do not know, where to find attribute on the images.

    Thank you a lot!

    Hi,

If you are able to edit the page image as HTML , add the data-no-translation attribute next to it.

    e.g.

    Keep me updated!

    Hello,

i have the same problem, meaning that, in the translated pages, the pictures are showed “broken” or there is a message “THE IMAGE COULD NOT BE LOADED”.

    Best Regards

    Hello,
I can not edit Woocommerce photo in HTML.
Please can you let me know, how this could be solved the other way?
Maybe some additional CSS would help?

    Thank you a lot

    (@dragosvrejiu)

    Hello,

I don’t think any additional CSS would help.

    Please run a conflict test:

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    With the best regards,
