photos no attached or inserted to posts

Hi guys.
I have quite problem with attaching photos to my blog posts. The trouble started with a purchase of new laptop Toshiba bcs it uploads very slowly and the script looks like in ,strike’…it goes for ages as loading or it cuts off.The problem is also with graphic site of external website when pictures aren’t visible. The same issue occurs with media gallery [only the first row of photos is visible] and I have no chance to attach the photo to the post. It doesn’t show anything. I also tried a submit the link of external site with photo and the same problem. Can you, pls, anyone to tell me what can I do? It appears to be a trouble also on another laptops which is strange but it shows pictures on website nicely.
