Photos not being added to Media Library

Can’t seem to duplicate this. It adds them to the media library just fine for me.

I’ve been playing with this since my post. What is happening is I clicked on the image I want to add and a picture of it shows up in the sidebar. However a different image was added to my media library. So when I looked for my image I never saw it.

So it is adding an image, just not the one I want.

Selecting an image will show you a preview of that image. However, you need to tick the checkbox next to it to add it to the list to sideload.

It can sideload more than one image at a time, basically. You select all the ones you want, then click the button.

I must have ticked the box as I got this msg:

Sideloading /Public/20150824_104808.jpg … Success!
You can find the new images in your Media Library.

The image that was in my library is not this image referenced above

Well, unfortunately, I just don’t know what more to tell you. It works for me and my images.
