Photos not scaling right in Pro

In the content sections, the photos are not scaling right. Headshots are being cut off with other users, while when I view it, only the smallest bit of the top of photo is being cut off. Is there a css patch I could use to make sure this photo remains un-cut/cropped no matter what screen is being used to view the site?

I am using Chrome browser, also using iPad and iPhone to view the site.
