Photos not Uploading

    Hi,

    I have an issue when people are submitting a testimonial including an image from a mobile device.

    I run a driving school and ask for a testimonial when a student passes their test and get them to include a photo of them too.

    I’ve used the plugin for quite a while with no issues, but suddenly, a few weeks ago, the testimonials starting appearing in the dashboard without the photos.

    Any ideas on what may have changed and how I can include photos again at all, please?

    If it worked to upload photos a few weeks ago then it must be something that is now interfering with the plugin.

    Can you please let me know what did you do before this issue happened? For example:
    – Did you update WP? Yes? Also, updated from what version?
    – Did you install/update plugins?
    – Did you install/update theme?
    – What theme are you using currently? Is it free/premium?
    – Are ALL your plugins and the current theme up to date?
