Thank you very much for clarifying the CSS issues. kindly go into the shortcode editing page and check there has a desktop icon at most of the properties. Once you click it you will get three icons for tab or mobile settings.

Maybe there have some custom values for mobile settings that make it blank so it will work as desktop settings. you can customize there for mobile or tabs also.

Clink any responsive icon as it vigible responsive properties.

Like, check the column Size settings and there has an icon after the column size text. Just click here and you will get 3 icons as desktop tab or mobile settings.
