    The issue is that the theme is loading a very old version of jQuery, and loading incorrectly.

    My best guess to fix it is…

    Your going to have to edit the header.php file and look for this line:

    <script  type="text/javascript" src="https://www.westsideinternalmed.com/wp-content/themes/wim/js/jquery.js"></script>

    If it is not in the header.php file, am sorry, but your going to have to ask the theme author for a fix.
