Photos that are not deleted

The cache for these is cleared. Let us know if you need more help!

how do I clean it? I need help!

We have cleared these from our servers. If you still see the files locally you may have some local cache that needs clearing.

I have no cache. And as you can see the image still exists on the Internet that is linked to JETPACK please take care of it and delete from the cache.
I’m talking about it:

I can still access that image file directly on your website’s server at https://xtb-us.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%98%D7%99-%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%A5-1.jpg

It won’t help to remove a file from Jetpack’s cache if the file still exists on the server itself, as that will simply cause Jetpack to re-cache it.

Delete that image completely from your media library, and then open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support to request that it also be removed from our CDN cache.

We cannot delete an image from the cache based on a forum request, as the CDN is a service offered to a WordPress.com account owner via the Jetpack plugin, and not a feature of the plugin itself. So we can only remove an image from the cache if the WordPress.com account that manages the Jetpack connection requests it, and we can’t verify that here in the forums.

I don’t have the ability to delete a thread from the forums. Only forum moderators have that ability, and they only do this under very specific circumstances:

I see no privacy violation here. If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.
