Photos won’t load.

  • I’ve installed your plugin, and can’t get it to load (there’s just a spinning wheel). I’ve cleared the browser cache and done a hard refresh, also cleared the cache from the hosting environment (Pantheon).

    Are there any conflicts with your plugin and Pantheon that you’ve heard of?

    It looks like your page is missing the javascript file for the plugin. Try looking at number 3 of this FAQ: https://smashballoon.com/my-photos-wont-load/

    Hello Craig, my feed of pics is not showing up. I have done every single step possible to try and get this to work. I have ig pro. I also spoke with my hosting company godaddy to try and solve the issue we put the right footer and header script, I added things to the php by following the steps. Godaddy told me that maybe if you reload or patch my plugin this would fix it? I took a picture of what is showing as the problem for java script and it says: WidgetScript:1 Uncaught Widget Settings failed to download.
    Please help fix this asap. I am running many ads to my site and I paid for pro. Please help thanks!

    Could you send me a link to the page along with your “System” info from the “Support” tab I can take a look. Try using our support form here:

    It sounds like that error is coming from another plugin or part of your theme that is preventing the script for the Instagram Feed from running. I’ll be able to tell you for sure once I take a look.

    I fixed the footer and header problems, so now the scripts are loading. Still no photos though, just the spinning wheel.
