Photoshop -> WordPress Help Plz

Hi guys 1st post so bare with me.

Im creating a website using wordpress of course for my University assignment.
We have been told that we must create our own website designs.
My question is, how do i go about getting my photoshop web design(as it is completed)and putting them into wordpress
