photoswipe and wptouch are incompatible

when using wptouch and photoswipe together the menu button on wptouch does not work. If i shut off using external plugs then the photoswipe doesnt work. will you be fixing this soon? if not will have to look for another solution (either change wptouch or photoswipe as they are incompatible.)
