PHP 5.4 lazy load plugins = images missing on page

    just upgraded to WP 3.8 and blue host upgraded to PHP 5.4 and my lazy plugin upgrades fail = images missing when i activate the plugins.

    these are the plugins i have currently installed in WP:
    jQuery lazy load plugin / Version v0.21 | By Andrew Ng
    Lazy Load – ver 5.0
