PHP 7.2.0 required

Hi,

I noticed that in the latest version (2.1.3.4), this file https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/wp-popups-lite/tags/2.1.3.3/src/vendor/composer/platform_check.php?rev=2485904 causes sites using PHP version < 7.2.0 to crash. The file requires that you need PHP version >= 7.2.0.

I can’t find it mentioned in the changelog so just wanted to let you know! ?? Maybe remove the file or update the plugin description so it doesn’t say “PHP Version: 5.4 or higher”.
