PHP 7 compatibility

    Hi Michael

    This plugin hasn’t been tested with PHP7 yet. We will get to this and report back. Having studied the spec, we think it should be compatible but can’t make any guarantees.

    In case anyone else comes across this post like I did, the WP Engine PHP7 Compatibility plugin is showing Cookie Consent as compatible, with a warning:

    Cookie Consent
    PHP 7.0 compatible.

    I will get this tested on PHP7 properly in the next couple of weeks.

    Apologies for such a long wait but I finally got round to testing this on PHP7 and can confirm that it is compatible with PHP7.
