php code

Is there a php code to use this? (For example: to place code on header.php)

I would like for the “shoutbox” to be placed near the top of the page (on every page), in a large width type box (maybe about 75% width), but using php code instead of only using shortcode.

Also is there some possible way to get the button options in their own window, or below the message box? (Where you type your messages in at) Or maybe make them a bit smaller…. Seems to be too much clutter.
