PHP CONTACT FORM v.2.0WP

I installed this plugin and the form is present on my contact page, but it will not send emails. I used my personal email to send an email to my admin email addy and it went through, so I know the host sever has my php mail activated.
It seems I have finally got my site looking half way right, but nothing is working. Go figure after days of work.
