PHP cURL timeout error on HttpClient.class.php

    From time to time we receive the “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” email with the following error:

    
Error message: Uncaught LiveChat\Exceptions\HttpClientException: Server error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received in wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-software-for-wordpress/plugin_files/Drivers/HttpClient.class.php:48

    our plugin calls our API to check the status of your license and verifies if the data stored by LiveChat wasn’t corrupted. It happens that our API doesn’t respond in the expected time what causes a timeout. There’s is nothing critical for your website, but we plan to release a patch that will handle this case much better.
