PHP date and CSS file question

  • Hello

    I am unfamiliar with WordPress and the ‘Dashboard’ but I have been asked to maintain a Web site.

    I have a PhP script that shows the date as an ordinal: 4th September 2014 and I would like to add that date to each of the handful of pages.

    I will need to add a CSS file to position it in the top right-hand corner of each page.

    How would I begin to do that please?
