PHP dynamic image resizer

    Hello!

    I’m in the process of creating a free theme and I’d like to know something before I upload it for review.

    * Is it allowed to use an own image resizer PHP script which uses GD library to resize images on the fly (for featured images in the blog for example) It uses a directory in the theme’s folder to keep a copy of resized images. Is this possible, is it allowed?
    * Is it allowed to use file_get_contents even if theme check plugin throws a Warning?
