• Hello,

I had an issue with QuickSwish not updating properly, and causing me to be unable to update other plugins as well until I deactivated it. Please see error log message below:

[07-Apr-2023 12:46:34] WARNING: [pool wplive] child 353658 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function QuickSwish\Frontend\wp_is_mobile() in /home/wplive/web/wp-live/wp-content/plugins/quickswish/includes/classes/Frontend/Button_Manager.php:87”

    Can you please advise?

    Hello @ascend2transcend,

Thanks a lot for reaching out to us ??

I am sorry for the inconvenience you had. With all due respect, the error message you reported above was not supposed to happen.

Usually, this sort of error occurs when the plugin doesn’t get updated properly due to network/internet issues.

I suspect something like this might have happened in your case. Could you please try deleting the plugin from your website? After deleting the plugin, install it again. It should resolve the issue.

If the issue persists after that, please open a ticket on our support channel.

Our support team will thoroughly investigate the issue and provide you with an effective resolution.

    Best regards,
    Tarek
