Php error

Hi, I’m just trialling your plugin to see if it works with what I want to do, but I keep getting the above error when trying to edit/save the customisation of a form in Edit Design.

Aside from getting the php error, it doesn’t appear as if all the settings I’m selecting are saving. The form background appears to be clear (no colour) behind the text added right before the form and the row immediately above the button. The button colour also won’t change. The form background rather than being white appears to be off-white.

I’m also not certain your plugin does what I want yet, I’m hoping to use the custom user entered fields to populate data fields in an interactive fictional story, so it’s more personal to the reader.

I appear to be all up to date with WordPress and plugin versions.

Using chrome (I generally test on all IE and Firefox and have, windows 10.
