    Hi all,

Just wanted to say that I’m still experiencing this issue, even after the update to 1.8.0.1. I’m running WP 4.9.6.

    Hi,
Which PHP error do you have?

Hi – sorry I was referring to this one:

No PHP extensions are available to edit images on the server.

I have updated the plugin but I’m still not able to optimise the images in the library.

    Thanks,

    Neal

That’s certainly because you don’t have GD or Imagick on your serveur.
Are you using a shared or dedicaced server?

It is a dedicated server. I have been successfully using the plugin for several months on this site and server – are the GD or Imagick elements now a dependancy introduced with the new version of the plugin?

    Many thanks,

    Neal

Hi – thanks for the response. I have been away to check the server and it did not have those modules installed. They have been installed and the plugin is now working.

I do have another server running an older version of the plugin, so I will make sure these modules are present before updating to the latest version.

Thanks again for the help with this.

    Neal
