    Hi,

    I can’t reproduce this problem. But, the only thing that can account for this error is that database tables are not correctly created or upgraded. Try to open plugin panel Tools -> Recheck and Update and see what it says for the database tables status.

    Thanks for the reply. The error seems to happen if the page is reloaded or if going to another forum from one that has a rating and then return to the first forum.

    Is “Tools –> Recheck and Update” a plugin or a built-in feature of WordPress?

    This is ‘Tools’ inside the Rating System admin menu, not WordPress Tools.
