php error after 6 months of using pdf importer

Hello,

We have created a privacy policy date for our clients (see the link),in wich they can complete the informations on a wp form and, after clicking the “invia” button, the informations are copied in a pdf document, using pdf importer for wpforms, and sended to our customer care mail.

The project worked well for 6 months, but 10 days ago it stopped to work and when people click on the “invia” button, appears on webpage the following text:

We verified that php 7.4 is correctly installed on the website and contacted pdf importer for wp form.
