PHP error “failed to open stream…..”

    Hello
    Following on from my previous question, Styles/ format changes do not show online,
    i now wonder if it might be an issue with PHP since I found the following.
    Does this mean that the latest version of Elelmetor that I updated on that day is somehow corrupted? And would that result in formatting/ fonts not showing correctly online?
