PHP error upon save

  • I installed the plug-in and then changed the values on the plug-in custom screen. Pressed update. Screen went to white blank. Then I refreshed the wp-login screen and this is the error that shows up:

    Sorry I was busy in my studies last year.I couldn’t give enoung time on computer.Now I have updated Login Screen Manager.Please try the latest version.I hope your problem would be fixed.
