php error using [addoscontact]

    im useing:
    php: 5.6
    WordPress: 4.4.2
    osTicket (v1.9.12)

    When using [addoscontact] i get this error:

    but if im login i have no error and i can see the page fine …

    resolved i selected the wrong page in the settings
