PHP errors and Media Upload Fails

  • PHP errors:
    Strict standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class WXR_Parser_Regex

    Strict standards: Declaration of WP_Import::bump_request_timeout() should be compatible with WP_Importer::bump_request_timeout($val)

    On clean install using twentyfifteen theme and no active plugins media uploads failing without error. And yes, the box was checked to import file attachments.

    Past versions of this plugin have worked, but last few times I’ve tried it has failed.
