    Hi
I just made a slight code change on GitHub. Can you test this version: https://github.com/scottsweb/wp-instagram-widget and let me know if it fixes the issues.

If it does I will roll it out for everyone.

    Thanks

Hey Scott! Thanks so much for the super fast response!!

I’ll test this later today on our staging site, and let you know.

    Thanks!

    Hey Scott.

Well, I replaced the plugin with this one from github (network deactivated, deleted plugin, uploaded new, network activated) and unfortunately now i’m not seeing the Instagram Widget show up at all anymore – it no longer shows on the WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets page at all.

Note sure if that has to do with manually deleting it as opposed to the regular wordpress plugin update method, or maybe a change impacted multisite?

or something else odd i’m just not putting my finger on this morning… but it’s odd.

are you testing on multisite with the plugin network enabled?

Yeah, something appears to not be right with this download.

I just uploaded the plugin and network activated it in a brand new clean WP install, with only a couple plugins – and the Instagram Widget simply does not show on the sites under the Appearance -> Widgets page at all… as if it’s not installed.

Did you extract the zip file and make sure it is uploaded in its own separate folder?

did it all through the wordpress interface. admittedly tho we very very rarely delete and re-upload a plugin in this way, so not sure what variability that introduces as opposed to the automated plugin updates…

so… downloaded the zipfile from github, network deactivated and deleted the plugin and deleted it – then went to WP Admin -> Network -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and upladed the zipfile.

directory is there, and it shows a mod date of this morning… and it comes up under plugins to activate or network activate.

Strange. I have made a few more tweaks this morning. Can you try this version? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3019972/wp-instagram-widget.zip

    Thanks
