PHP extension(s): mbstring

  • Hi, how do “enable missing extension(s) or remove Comet Cache from WordPress.” As I get this message when I activated the plugin

    PHP Extension(s) Missing
    Comet Cache is not active. It depends on PHP extension(s): mbstring.
    An action is necessary. Please contact your hosting company for assistance.
    To remove this message, enable missing extension(s) or remove Comet Cache from WordPress.

  • @kbooshco Comet Cache requires the PHP mbstring extension. Your web hosting company needs to enable that PHP extension, so I recommend contacting their support department.

    If you want to uninstall Comet Cache, you can do that by visiting the Plugins section of your WordPress Dashboard and clicking “Deactivate” underneath the Comet Cache plugin. Then once it’s deactivated, you can “Delete” it.
