PHP Fatal error

    Hi,
    i just installed the plugin, but im getting the following error:

    1. Deactivated all plugins
    2. Active Plugins: Woocommerce, DHL, WPML all latest versions. WordPress also updated to the latest version. 2022 Theme activated.

    Any ideas?

    Would you be able to delete the DHL for WooCommerce plugin and reinstall it?

    Hi,
    the store is based in Italy. I changed the country to Germany and it worked.
    But does the plugin really have to take the whole site down like this. Im sure there is a more gracefully way for this.

    It should not take the site down, which is why I asked that you reinstall the plugin. It seems like some files were missing for some reason.
