PHP Fatal error

    After updating to version 4.1.21, the plugin installation page goes blank and this error appears in debug:

    PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugins_api() (previously declared in /home/*****/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php:101) in /home/*****/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 101

    Deactivating the plugin fixes the problem. I’m using WordPress version 5.0.22.
