  • Hi njrfbzr,

There is no risk here; as I said before, you can prevent this for our plugin or for all plugins with the addition of an .htaccess file, with the caveat that a simple deny from all will prevent all files from being accessed inside the plugin directory from the outside world, which can potentially break some functionality for some plugins. There are plugins that will do this for you as well, such as iThemes Security; for more, take a look at Hardening WordPress in the Codex.

    Hi njrfbzr,

The update is now live and ready for you to test; let me know if it fixes your issue!

Hi Peter, I have installed the update. So far no error messages. Thanks again.

Hi jrf, thank you for the encouragement!
