• PHP Fatal error: Access level to WordPress_Module::load() must be public (as in class Red_Module) in /wp-content/plugins/redirection/modules/wordpress.php on line 0

I deactivated and then reactivated the plugin. No more white screen of death on the front-end (there were no errors in wp-admin, although I didn’t have WP_DEBUG on).

Which version of the plugin were you using?

The upgrade from 2.3.16 to 2.4 did it for me. Simple deactivation – reactivation made everything ok again.

When it happened to me on a 2nd site, it just required a re-load of the front-end (1st post-update page load was white screen but 2nd was not).

Just wanted to give you the heads up.
