    Hello,

On our biggest woocommerce shop we have for the last 1-2 weeks had problems with different “Fatal error: Allowed memory size”. It happens on cron jobs and when saving ie. product tags and categories.

After hours of debugging we find it not so often if we disable CTX feed or Facebook for woocommerce. And if we disable both these plugins ALL these errors dissapear.

Deactivating of other plugins does not affect the issue so it seems to be related to both CTX feed and Facebook for woocommerce.

As far as i can remember both these plugins was updated latest 1-2 weeks.

    Any idea?

    Hi @metuza

    Thanks for reaching us.

Your get such errors when your server runs out of memory while executing a process. As creating an updating a data feed request a significant amount of memory it’s possible to encounter such errors if you have a large number of items and has a low server memory limit. So, I would suggest you to increase your servers PHP memory limit to the suggested limit.

Here you can find the instructions on how to increate the php memory limit.

However, if you are not sure what should be the memory limit, please, reach us again with the system status. Go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy and paste the status here. Once we have your system status, we will be able to guide you with the proper instructions.

    Best regards,
