    Hi Boyington,

Thank you for using our plugin.

It seems in fact like a memory issue, i.e. configuration problem from your end. In this case I would recommend you to check with your hosting provider on how much actual RAM you have on your server and how much you can allocate of it to the WordPress processes.

If you need help with contacting the hosting provider, or you are not sure about their answers etc feel free to get in touch with us on [email protected] and we will assist you with your support case.

Looking forward to hearing from you and trust you will solve this issue.

    Thanks for this quick answer.

I don’t think it is a memory configuration problem on my side, unless the plugin need more than 256Mo to run (?)

I will go on with this issue by mail with your support service.

    Regards

    Hi Boyington,

We’ve sent you some patches over the email to run some tests yet we haven’t heard from you yet.

As explained on email I think we identified the issue so as soon as you run the test can you please advise us of the outcome?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

it works fine with the patch. Thanks for it !

Tell me when you’ll have a solution allowing me to select one of our 4000 blogs (a simple text serch field would be fine).

    Regards
