Hola! Desde les agraedezco sus comentarios y sugerencias.

Tengo instalado el plugin All In One WordPress Security and Firewall en mi web.
Por ahora la web esta en mantenimiento.
Tengo también instalado en el archivo wp-config.php el código para depuración de errores.Entonces revisando el archivo debug.log en el directorio wp-content me arroja un codigo de error este :

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 188416 bytes) in /home/mariamin/agenciaseolima.com/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2056

He escrito al soporte de Elementor pro y me ha dicho esto:

If you are referring to the “Fatal error: Allowed memory size” memory issue, based on the error log you’ve provided, it seems to be caused by a plugin, “All In One WP Security & Firewall”

Nuevamente consulte al soporte de elementor pro y me han respondido esta otra cosa:

You will need to bring this up to the plugin’s support (All In One WP Security & Firewall) since this is caused by their plugin’s code. Based on the error log, it’s likely an issue with the plugin’s backup feature.

Necesito la ayuda de ustedes por favor. Como se soluciona esta situación.
    Muchísimas gracias.

    Hi,

If you are referring to the “Fatal error: Allowed memory size” memory issue, based on the error log you’ve provided, it seems to be caused by a plugin, “All In One WP Security & Firewall”

You need to speak to your host about the memory size. Find out how much memory is allocated to your site. You need at least 256M or better still 512M.

    Kind regards.

Hi, the above report looks okay to me. Try the following plugin.

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Let me know if the above helps you. If you still have issues, then I suggest to carry out a plugin conflict test by deactivating all other plugins except AIOWPS. This will let you know if there is a conflict with another plugin.

    Kind regards.

Hi mbrsolution, thanks for your help. Before we had a memory limit of 600M and the error of out of memory was already present.
Today I have 1024M as memory limit and this has not solved the problem at all.

Thanks. About this plugin, I have installed and applied it to my website.
The result has been that the health of the web is excellent.
all very well according to this analysis.
So the memory leak continues to occur even though I have updated everything both plugin and elementor core.
I need the plugin support to help me with this issue.

    Thank you.

Hi, did you carry out a plugin/theme conflict test like I suggested above?

    Thank you.

    Hi!
Yes, of course. Now what I did is remove the plugin from the web. Then I reinstalled it but downloaded it to my computer and then compressed the plugin and reinstalled it. Now I no longer get that memory loss error.

Hi, I am happy to know that you managed to fix the issue ??

However, I am a bit puzzled at your method but at least it worked for you.

    Kind regards
