    Hi Support,

I recently updated Woocommerce from a much older version (something like 3.1) to the latest version, and also updated all my plugins.

Now, whenever someone tried to place an order using the ‘Direct Deposit’ payment option, whenever they click on the ‘Place Order’ button, the order doesn’t submit, and the following error message appears on the checkout page: “Internal Server Error”.

Checking the error log, I found this line:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot access protected property WC_Order_Item_Product::$id in /home/promotionalprodu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-fixed-quantity/classes/woofix-utility.php on line 36

Are you able to help with this issue?

    Thanks, John

    Hi Habibillah,

Thanks for the fast response! It’s much appreciated ??

Adding items to the cart is okay… it’s only when you enter your details and using Direct Deposit as the payment method, and when you click on ‘Place Order’ that the error message appears.

    Wordpress version: 4.9.6
    WooCommerce Fixed Quantity version: 4.0.6

    WordPress latest version: 4.9.6
    WooCommerce latest version: 3.4.2
WooCommerce Fixed Quantity latest version: 1.2.2

So, if you I think you mistype WooCommerce Fixed Quantity. Otherwise, please delete WooCommerce Fixed Quantity and install it again.

    Thank for your help Habibillah.

Yes, the Woocommerce Fixed Quantity plugin version on my website was saying it was 4.0.6, so I deleted it, and reinstalled.

The direct deposit issue has now been resolved!

    Much appreciated ??
