    Hi!

13.3.4 is the last version working without errors. Above that we receive the following error.

Tried to deactivate / activate the plugin again, but it has failed with the same error:

[Tue Aug 27 18:59:45.335434 2024] [fcgid:warn] [pid 2856745:tid 2856749] [client ] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class WooSEA_Activation, because the name is already in use in /home/www/clients/ /web/wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/classes/class-activate.php on line 6, referer: /wp-admin/network/plugins.php?plugin=woo-product-feed-pro%2Fwoocommerce-sea.php

Hi @eletsohu, this could only really happen if you have two copies activated. The activation class is only used once.

Please check your /plugins folder for any misnamed directories that could be duplicating the plugin. Our plugin folder should be exactly woo-product-feed-pro.

Alternatively, if you could post your WooCommerce Status info that would be a great help to debug this.

Hi! Thank you for your kind support.

    I don’t have a duplicate plugin folder. Why would I? ??
I have a simple multisite environment.

The error first occured after 13.3.5.1 (2024-08-22)

I have noticed it when I was able to login to my main wp site,
but the subsite login failed with PHP fatal error.

I don’t want to be a smartass, but for me it seems, the issue originates from
    wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/includes/Actions/Activation.php

    WC Version: 9.1.4
Legacy REST API Package Version: The Legacy REST API plugin is not installed on this site.
    Action Scheduler Version: ? 3.8.1
    Log Directory Writable: ?
    WP Version: 6.6.1
    WP Multisite: ?
    WP Cron: ?
    PHP Version: 7.4.33

I get the same error, crashing the whole site. Also running multisite.

We get the same error on a multisite. Main site running fine, sub sites crash.

    HELLO Product Feed Pro??
This is a critical issue, crashed 5 of my websites so far.
Setup: Multisite, only main site works after update as Eric described above.

Thanks folks. Multisite was the critical bit of information I was missing from the OP. We’ll check this out and post an update here soon.

We have this in hand and this issue will be fixed in the next release, thanks all!
