• In error_log I find this error a couple of times per day:

PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0, referer: https://www.domain.com/shop/category/product

I’m using WP 4.1, WC 2.2.11, Wp Super Cache 1.4.2

The bad thing is that I can’t reproduce that error. From acces_log I see that the clients who are receiving that error are using Win7 / IE11. This is the a common thing.
I see they navigate through the website for 3/4 pages in the shop and after they stop with that error.

I tried to increase the memory limit (in wp-config.php and in plesk php settings for that website) to 768M but didn’t solved the problem.

I thought to post here, in WooCommerce support area, just because the rror comes always when the clients visit a single product page.

    All suggestions are welcome! Thanks.

  • Consider deactivating your plugins except WooCommerce to see if that resolves the problem. Deactivate them one-by-one to try to identify which plugin is causing the issue.

I appreciate the fault is intermittent, so you may need to start with the plugins you can manage without most easily, and take some notes as you may have to carry out tests over several days with different plugins.

I think I would start with the cache plugin.

Thank you for your answer. Probably the problem is related to WP Super Cache, i’m trying to understand how to fix it. Of course the error_log is not useful.

I should search for an optimal configuration of the cache plugin with WooCommerce.
