    Hello @rayhan259,

Thanks for sharing the error log. This would have been a temporary error generated during the plugin update but got resolved. If your website’s functionality hasn’t been affected in anyway, you can ignore the error.

    thank you @maybellyne

This error is recorded several times every day in error log.

    Hi @rayhan259

Thanks for getting back to us. Looking at the error details, the fatal error appears to be output from the Yoast plugin source file?class-yoast-notification-center.php?while trying to fetch the user data. To rule out any possible problems with the data stored in the Yoast database tables, we would request you to install the?Yoast Test Helper?plugin. Then go to?Tools > Yoast Test?and reset the internal link counter, the prominent words calculation, and the indexables tables. This process only resets the tables our plugin uses to store optimized data in the database. Your SEO data is stored in other tables in the WordPress database, so no data is expected to lost.

Once you complete the optimization, does the issue occur?

Thanks for sharing your site info with us.

If the issue persists in v21.1, navigate to WordPress > Tools > Yoast Test > Yoast SEO and click the ‘Reset Notifications’ button. This should remove the stored Yoast notifications from the database for all users and reset them.

If you do that does the issue resolve?

Unfortunately, the problem was not solved

Thanks for following up, and I’m sorry all the troubleshooting steps we have provided didn’t resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of the issue, we’ll need to take a look at your setup. However, we are unable to do it here as this is a public forum. So, if you could consider purchasing a Yoast SEO Premium subscription since it comes with email support, we can investigate the issue further directly on your setup privately.
