How to Add Shortcode on Already Published Article’s Title

    Hi,

    I want to add current year on the already published article’s title.

    I tried many thing/code but nothing works for me.

    Please help me out.

    Hi @techearth, I guess you are trying to bulk update titles that had 2023 in it with [year] shortcode.

    You can do this two ways:

    1. Use Admin Columns plugin and quick edit titles one by one. It won’t take much time.
    2. Use Search Regex plugin and bulk replace 2023 with [year] (be sure to add extra space before 2023 and [year] both). Always take backup of your database before you perform bulk replacement.

    Or, is it that the shortcode isn’t working for you?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Actually my main concern is to add your shortcode [year] at the end of each post title which is already published.

    I have 1000+ articles and I want to add [year] shortcode on each title.

    Please help me out.
