• After upgrading to 2.1 I’ve been getting a lot of “500 Internal Server Error”s. I do not know why. So I checked my script error logs:

PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: L?() in /wp-content/themes/navitheme/r-sidebar.php on line 52
PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: ?v() in /wp-content/themes/navitheme/r-sidebar.php on line 44

Needless to say I do not have functions with these funky characters.

In case you are wondering r-sidebar.php is almost identical to sidebar.php – with some minor changes.

Anybody? Could this be related to char set used in mysql?

I have a lot more samples like these. Here is a couple more:

[20-Feb-2007 12:44:35] PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: $db->() in /wp-content/themes/navitheme/r-sidebar.php on line 46
[20-Feb-2007 13:03:23] PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: 329() in /wp-content/themes/navitheme/r-sidebar.php on line 44
