    Hey Support Team,

I have been having a strange issue with one of my websites.
I have tried the usual by deactivating plugins and changing themes with no success.
I also run 6 websites on the same server and they are all on 3.0.8.1 and working without issue, which rules out a server issue (for the most part).
I have checked write permissions for the files and directories and they appear to be correct.
Of note, the server is currently closed from the internet (being an intranet) though I can open this if required.

Thanks in advanced for your support.

Here is the error message from the server –

    Hey David,

Of course, here is a link to the image.
Once updated to 3.0.7+, this is all we see.

    Have a great day,
    Richard

I am having the same issue – not server related as well. I have tried disabling plugins and Elementor seems to be the culprit? the site does come up when disabled Elementor but has layout and css issues. I have this template on 9 sites licensed hopefully this will get resolved quickly …

    Okay,

    I have solved the issue.
So the original theme had a hidden plugin that was updated through the theme and not the plugins area.
It remained active even when I changed themes which is why it didn’t fix when the theme changed.
Once I updated the theme and found that hidden area, it has started working again.
