    Hello Artem Komarov!

I am really sorry to hear about this experience. This is actually the first time seeing this so I would like a few more details just to better understand this:

Before answering the questions below regarding the error, please note?that if you still cannot access the website, you can manually deactivate the plugin to regain access. The process is straightforward – all you need to do is rename the plugin’s folder. You can find more information about this process here: manually disable WordPress plugins with no wp-admin access.

#1 Once you regain access, can you let us know when this error started to happen? Was it a fresh installation, or you updated the plugin from an older version? I am not sure what this actually describes “crash on POST /wp/wp-login.php?action=validate_2fa”

#2 Are there any specific steps in reproducing this that you can share with us? Some screenshots can also be helpful; just to get a better picture of how this error affects the plugin/site. (please make sure you hide/blur any sensitive info from the images if you share any with us here, on the forums)

#3 Have you tried removing the plugin and reinstalling it afresh? Speaking of this, we just released version 2.7.0 moments ago, and I wonder if the error still reproduces if you try updating to this or installing this new version afresh.

You can ensure a full removal of plugin and all it’s files and database files by activating this before removing the plugin – see reference here

Looking forward to hearing back from you on this with as many details as possible.
